1st Shift Manual Machinist : Manual Machinist is responsible for creating precision manufactured products efficiently to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. This job requires ability to setup and operate manual mills and lathes, read and interpret blueprints, and maintain quality and tolerance standards. Requirements include at least 1 year of experience with manual machining, knowledge of manual machining processes, skilled blueprint reading, and communication skills.
1st Shift Quality Control Inspector : Quality Control Inspector is responsible for checking, verifying, and inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process and prior to shipping to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. This job includes performing quality inspections of in process and completed parts, recording and documenting various types of inspection paperwork, extensive use of metrology equipment, and communicating with production, estimation, and management personnel over quality concerns or non-conformances. Requirements include a background in quality inspection, knowledge of using a variety of inspection equipment including tools, gages, surface plates and CMM software, skilled blueprint reading, and knowledge of precision manufacturing operations and knowledge of the systems necessary to maintain a high level of quality machined parts.
1st Shift Manual/CNC Machinist : CNC/Manual Machinist is responsible for creating precision manufactured products efficiently to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. This job requires ability to program, setup, and operate CNC and Manual mills and lathes, read and interpret blueprints, and maintain quality and tolerance standards. Requirements include at least 1 year of experience with manual and CNC machining, knowledge of manual machining processes and CNC programming and processes, skilled blueprint reading, willingness to learn, and communication skills.
2nd Shift CNC Machinist : CNC Machinist is responsible for creating precision manufactured products efficiently to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. This job requires ability to program, setup, and operate CNC mills and lathes, read and interpret blueprints, and maintain quality and tolerance standards. Requirements include at least 1 year of experience with CNC machining, knowledge of CNC programming and processes, skilled blueprint reading, ability to work independently, and communication skills.
